Senator Kazuki L. “Topps” Sungino is currently serving his second term in the Senate, 12th OEK, Palau National Congress. As the Chair of the Senate Committee on Community, Youth and Sports Affairs and an active member of several key standing committees, he serves the people of Palau with dedication and integrity. Known for his leadership and commitment to community development, Senator Sungino continues to advocate for policies that empowers youth development and promotes sustainable growth across the Republic of Palau. This commitment is reflected in his tireless pursuit towards Palau’s representation in regional sports events and during the successful hosting of the recent 2025 Pacific Mini Games,

A graduate of the University of Guam, Senator Sungino has a long-standing dedication to public service and youth development. He served as Sports Coordinator for the Palau National Olympic Committee for nearly two decades (2001–2020), promoting athletics and national representation in sports. His political career includes twelve years as an At-Large legislator in the Koror State Legislature (2010–2020), following an earlier term as Hamlet Legislator for Medalaii (2002–2006).

Senator Sungino is married to Corrine Ikesiil. Together, they have four children—two sons and two daughters—and one grandchild.
