It shall be the duty of this Committee to consider and report on bills, resolution or other matters referred to it by the Senate pertaining to the preservation and promotion of Palau’s historical traditions, cultures, and arts; and the rights of disabled persons, quality of life for the elderly; and social welfare programs, and initiatives.
