To amend Title 39 of the Palau National Code by adding Chapter 10 to establish a Uniform Land Valuation and Appraisal Act for the Republic of Palau; to establish a uniform and transparent system for appraising land in the Republic of Palau by ensuring fair market value assessments for appraising and valuing public and private land; and for other related purposes.
