To require energy storage for rooftop solar systems interconnected to the PPUC Grid

To amend Title 37 of the Palau National Code to require energy storage for rooftop solar
systems interconnected to the PPUC grid; to authorize a grid variability rate adjustment and
a standby charge for interconnected rooftop solar customers; to provide a transition period
for existing rooftop solar systems; to improve the fairness of Palau’s public utility energy
billing; and for other related purposes.
