Increase Monthly Stipend for Disability Assistance

To amend Division 10, Chapter 85 of Title 34 of the Palau National Code to increase the monthly stipend for the wheelchair-bound and/or blind from $200 to $250; expand the eligibility of the monthly stipend to include citizens who are 60 years of age or older that do not have any source of income; remove child-raising from the designated source of funding; and for other related purposes.
