Amendment to Title 34 PNC Palau Housing Authority

To establish a permenant fund for the Palau Housing Authority; to provide sustainable funding for Palau Housing Authority to carry out is statutory duties of providing affordable housing programs, low-interest housing loans, and housing assistance to low-income families, persons with disabilities, and elderly citizens of the Republic of Palau; to provide for the Palau Housing Authority to procure materials needed for housing developments; to clarify and expand the powers and duties of the Palau Housing Authority; and for other related purposes.
