A BILL FOR AN ACT amending Chapter 13 of Title 31 of the Palau National Code to name the Babeldaob Highway and designate its segments; establish PALARIS as the authoritative address authority for the Republic, require use of official physical addresses, provide for national technical addressing standards, and for other related purposes.
