It shall be the duty of this Committee to consider and report on all bills, resolutions, and other matters referred to it by the Senate pertaining to capital improvement projects and housing within the country.
The Committee’s jurisdiction shall include, but not be limited to, the development, management, and
oversight of capital improvement projects, large-scale infrastructure projects, and related subjects.
