Capitalizing the NDBP to Promote Agriculture, Fishing, Housing, Infrastructure and Local Entrepreneurship

To urge His Excellency Surangel S. Whipps, Jr., President of the Republic of Palau, to take all lawful steps necessary to withdraw $30 Million from the Compact of Free Association Trust Fund for the purpose of capitalizing the National Development Bank of Palau to stimulate development in agriculture, fishing, housing, infrastructure and small business and entrepreneurship.
