Honorable Stephanie Ngirchoimei serves as Delegate representing Airai State in the House of Delegates of the Republic of Palau, Twelfth Olbiil Era Kelulau, where she currently serves as Chairperson of the Committee on Education, Youth, and Sports Affairs and Vice Chairperson of the Committee on Ways and Means and Financial Matters. She holds a Master of Science in Kinesiology and Leisure Science with certification in Special Education and Adapted Physical Education from the University of Hawaii at Manoa, and a Bachelor of Science in Sports Management and Leisure Studies from Wayne State College, and was valedictorian of both Airai Elementary School and Palau High School.

She previously served in the Airai State Legislature from 2018 to 2024, including as Vice Speaker, and has extensive experience in education, behavioural health, and youth development through her work with the Ministry of Education, the University of Hawaii, and community organizations. She continues to play a significant role in national and regional sports development through her leadership with the Palau National Olympic Committee and related organizations. Honorable Ngirchoimei is widely respected for her leadership in education and youth development and her continued commitment to strengthening community and national development in the Republic of Palau.
