Amendment to Palau Livestock Fund

To amend Title 9 and Title 40 to preserve and prevent extend the Palau Livestock Fund from expiring on October 1, 2025; to provide for a Continuing Budget Authority in the first three months of Fiscal Year 2027; to create the Drought Preparedness Fund; to provide funding to the Council of Chiefs for hosting the Council of Pacific Islands Traditional Leaders’ Summit; to provide funding for the 2026 Olechotel Belau Fair; and for other related purposes.
