To amend Chapter 7 of Title 41 and Chapter 20 of Title 33 of the Palau National Code to jointly stabilize and strengthen the Social Security Fund and Civil Service Pension Fund by establishing sustainable, coordinated financing mechanisms to ensure the long-term health and welfare of beneficiaries under both systems; and for related purposes.
