Amendment to National Healthcare Financing Act

To separate the responsibility for management of national healthcare funding from the Social Security Administration and transfer the responsibility to the National Healthcare Financing Governing Committee by amending Chapter 9 of Title 41 and Section 410 of Title 37 of the Palau National Code; to modify allowable payments from Medical Savings Accounts; and for other related purposes.
